PRIVATE ONE-ON-ONE COACHING

• Awareness Package: $750, 6 weeks, 6 hour long sessions

This offers an opportunity to gain some awareness and clarity into what you want and what's holding you back. This package can also be helpful if you need support while completing a short-term goal or project or would like extra sessions after your longer package has concluded.

• Courageous Package: $1500    3 Months, 12 hour long sessions, ELI assessment with debrief, unlimited email

This is the most popular package. It offers enough time to gain a deeper perspective, create action plans, take courageous action and to see changes start to happen.

• Whole Heart Package: $3000   6 Months, 24 hour long sessions, 2 ELI Assessments with debriefs (before & after), unlimited email.

With this extended partnership, we can go even deeper, creating sustainable changes that you will see in all areas of your life. With even one shift, everything else moves with it.  Imagine what could be possible if you were committed and supported throughout your personal growth journey. 

• Energy Leadership Index Assessment™ (ELI) : $ 200

The one-of-a-kind Energy Leadership Index Assessment and hour long debrief will help you understand exactly who you are being, and why, in this very moment in your life. This aids our work tremendously, displaying invaluable information, bringing an awareness equivalent to several months of coaching.  This is your option to receive an ELI separately. ELI assessments are included with the Courageous and Whole Heart one on one coaching packages. 

GROUP COACHING

Head To Heart Group: $325   8 Weekly Group Sessions, starting the week of May 16th, ending the week of July 11th (No session on May 30th or July 4th).  Schedule subject to change. 8 weekly conference calls, weekly topics with worksheets and a private Facebook group.   I'd like to keep the group between 5 and 12 people.

This is a terrific affordable option to work with me and be a part of a supportive community.  Together we will explore what's been holding you back (we're gonna get honest and go deep), how to overcome these blocks and take action with a big emphasis on what you truly want your life to be like and how to get there.  The focus will be on connecting with your heart, sharing your story, and allowing yourself to be vulnerable in a safe and supportive group. It's a great start to stretching your emotional muscles and learning to become more expressive within a community of like-minded individuals. You'll take this new experience and awareness into your life, where you'll be challenged to actually make the changes you've been wanting to make.  I will be there to provide one on one coaching and training during the calls, and your fellow group members will give you extra support and help hold you accountable for taking action.

• Energy Leadership Development System™ (ELDS) : $ 2875      4 Months, 16 Sessions using ELDS kit, ELI Assessment

The ELDS helps leaders from all walks of life develop their ability to motivate and inspire themselves as well as others into positive and sustainable action. It is a system for leadership, self-development and self-mastery.  This system can be customized, allowing you to choose the most beneficial segments to achieving your goals.

• Law of Being™ (LOB): $ 2875      4 Months, 16 Sessions using the LOB kit, includes ELI assessment

Will help you move towards living to your potential and live at the cause, instead of the effect of your life.  It is a system that helps you remember who you are and why you’re here, and helps you live to your potential and share that with others. It is a system of being who you really are, instead of acting in a way that you believe will get you what you want. Finally, it’s a system of self-development that will help you realize dreams you may never even have had, and break through any obstacles that prevent you from making those dreams a reality.
