PRIVATE ONE-ON-ONE COACHING

  • Awareness Package: $805 4 weeks, 4 one hour sessions with an additional 90 minute ELI-360 assessment with debrief

This offers an opportunity to gain some awareness and clarity into what you want and what's holding you back. You’ll start to see real change towards your goals. This package can also be helpful if you need support while completing a short-term goal or project or would like extra sessions after your longer package has concluded. (With or without the ELI-360 for returning clients).

  • Courageous Package: $1055 6 weeks, 6 one hour sessions with an additional 90 min ELI-360 assessment with debrief

    It offers enough time to gain a deeper perspective, create multiple action plans, take courageous action to see changes happen and get closer to your vision for the future. The ELI-360 will give you concrete data with a way to understand your patterns from the perspective of energy leadership, while offering a path forward for growth.

  • Empowered Package: $1610   8 weeks, 8 one hour sessions with two additional 90 ELI-360 assessments with debriefs (before & after)

    We can really have fun here, creating a vision for your life and seeing how your actions are really get you there. Your self-doubt will decrease and your sense of agency will increase along with your ability to make choices that bring you closer to your goal and to your true self. We’ll use the ELI-360 at the start and at the end to really see the changes that you’ve made happen.

  • Whole Hearted Package: $2110 12 weeks, 12 one hour sessions with 2 additional 90 min ELI-360 assessments with debriefs (before & after)

With this extended partnership, we can go even deeper, creating sustainable changes that you will see in all areas of your life. With even one shift, everything else moves with it.  Imagine what could be possible if you were committed and supported throughout your personal growth journey. We’ll use the ELI-360 at the start and at the end to really see the changes that you’ve made happen.

The one-of-a-kind Energy Leadership Index Assessment and hour long debrief will help you understand exactly who you are being, and why, in this very moment in your life. This aids our work tremendously, displaying invaluable information, bringing an awareness equivalent to several months of coaching.  This is your option to receive an ELI separately. ELI assessments are included with the Courageous and Whole Heart one on one coaching packages. 

GROUP COACHING

Head To Heart Group: $300 / person   8 Weekly Group Sessions, 8 zoom meetings with weekly topics and at home worksheets.   5 to 12 people.

This is an affordable option to work with me and be a part of a supportive community.  I create a safe space for everyone. I will provide coaching and training during the calls.fellow group members will offer encouragement and shared experience.

The focus will be on showing up authentically by connecting with your heart, sharing your story, and allowing yourself to be vulnerable in a safe and supportive group. It's a great start to stretching your emotional muscles and learning to become more expressive within a community of like-minded individuals. You'll take this new experience and awareness into your life, where you'll be challenged to actually make the changes you've been wanting to make. We’ll explore:

  • your goal for yourself, your growth and future plans.

  • what's been potentially holding you back. We’ll learn about typical blocks called G.A.I.L.s as well as how your nervous system and parts might be involved.

  • how our nervous systems work and how we can approach change in ways that take our systems into account.

  • overcoming internal blocks by supporting our systems and taking courageous action while sharing our experiences with each other.

It is a system of being who you really are, instead of acting in a way that you believe will get you what you want. Finally, it’s a system of self-development that will help you realize dreams you may never even have had, and break through any obstacles that prevent you from making those dreams a reality.
