Digital Assessment with Ratings and 90- 120 Minute Debrief Session

The Energy Leadership Index Assessment-360, the ELI as mentioned above with a 360 review, which is an assessment of your performance in 36 leadership competencies, signaling your ability to adapt, communicate, engage and relate to others. You rate yourself and receive raters from other people you choose.

Side by side, you can see how you think you show up versus how people peceive your performance.With the ELI, you get an energetic framework to understand your experience and how you show up energetically. The 360 shows us how other people perceive you.

Not just another workplace assessment, it can be a real eye opener and give you needed perspective. It's for work performance but also relationships and conflict resolution, self-esteem building and personal growth.

The information gained gives us a starting point from which to create change not static information about your personality, etc... It’s not meant to just be a critical assessment but a starting point for further development.

Step 2: The debrief

Once the results are in, I’ll guide you through a 1:1 ELI debrief session. During this personalized session, we’ll dive deep into your results and uncover a clear path to awakening your potential—and creating a life in alignment with your work and life goals.
