One-on-One Coaching

Coaching is a partnership between me and you. We work together to learn about what’s been happening, how that’s impacting you and what you would like to see moving forward. My job is to help you look deeply, offer insight and perspective, and support you to navigate challenges so you feel more grounded and in your own power. I help you find your own answers, because they are really what you’ve been looking for. Think of me as a guide, helping you find your way to yourself.

Energy Leadership Index Assessments, ELI & ELI-360

Digital Assessments with 60-120 minute debrief, included in coaching packages or offered separately

You answer a series of questions which gives a snap shot of how you currently show up based on a system of 7 levels of energy. These values are not fixed, but can change. They give us a starting point to see and understand more clearly your strengths and challenges. We’ll go over your results in a dedicated 60 minute debrief.

The ELI-360 includes the ELI, and ratings in 36 leadership qualities with a 90-120 minute debrief. The ratings come from yourself, and people in various categories in your life, like work collegues, family, friends, etc… The 36 leadership qualities include your ability to adapt, communicate, engage and relate to others. You see how your self-perception matches up with how other perceive you. With this information, we can celebrate your strengths and create a plan for further development.
