One-on-One Coaching

Coaching is a partnership between me and you. We work together to learn about what’s been happening, how that’s impacting you and what you would like to see moving forward. My job is to help you look deeply, offer insight and perspective, and support you to navigate challenges so you feel more grounded and in your own power. I help you find your own answers, because they are really what you’ve been looking for. Think of me as a guide, helping you find your way to yourself.

Weekly meetings via Google Meet or other video provider.

We can focus on:

• Relationships: New, changing, growing, or ending, family blending

• Purpose: Career, Career transitions, intellectual & creative interests

• Authenticity: Coming into yourself, being clear about Self, boundary setting, claiming space, what’s next for you

The Journey to Authenticity has many paths. Depending one where you are in your journey, we may focus on a deep Insight Intensive, move through Courageous Alignment or Empowered Presence, or commit to the full unfolding of Rooted Authenticity. We will determine which path best serves your current energy and goals during our initial conversation. Further information and pricing will be discussed then as well.

All of my coaching paths are supported by the Energy Leadership™️ Index Assessments to help us get a baseline and then potentially measure your progress.
