Changes
Jessica Weir
It’s been literal years since I was active here. A lot has happened in the world. It’s been a hard for all of us at various points over the last few years. Through it all, I’ve found creativity and inspiration. I am bringing renewed energy to my coaching practice.
You may or may not have noticed the change in business name from Head to Heart to Jessica Weir Coaching. This change came after a lot of thought. It’s subtle but it felt natural and meaningful to me. I haven’t stopped thinking about life that way, connecting the head to the heart, but I would rather use my own name for my business. Coaching is already a new concept for a lot of people. I want the message of what I do to be as clear as possible.
About that, I have also transitioned from focusing mainly on working with introverts, to working with all types of people, introverts included. It feels important to me to open my coaching practice up. I remain an introvert and I love them, but I want to talk about more than introversion and its associated challenges. As a whole person, there is so much more to me or you than whether you’re introverted or extroverted.
Introversion or extroversion are important pieces in the overall puzzle of who we are and the why and how of what we do. But I have found that just looking at how critical we are of ourselves, how we communicate and connect with others is more to the point of what people truly need support around.
Therefore, my focus is on coaching for self-expression and better communication to create deeper connections with others. This can be in terms of friendships, romantic relationships, creative pursuits and even work environments.
